I want to THANK Mr Baily he was very informative, made me feel at ease, he showed me the x Ray of the partial knee replacement which I hadn't really seem .He answered any of my questions.I had a no- nonsense, beating about the bush approach what I like as a straight forward Scottish lady. He fully understood the difficulties I was experiencing with my knee and talked me through the procedure to replace my knee. He came to see me immediately after my operation to reassure me all had gone well. I saw him 3 months after my operation and he explained in detail using X-ray’s showing how my new knee looked. He was a pleasure to talk t.

Mr Bailey carried out my first partial knee replacement in 2012, to me it was a very successful result. Because of the faith I had in this Gentleman, I was determined that when I was told that my right knee would now require partial replacement, I only wanted it to be done by Mr Bailey. I was very fortunate to be seen by him as a NHS patient. The whole process at Sarum Road Hospital was very slick and professional by ALL members of Staff.
